Courtney Carace, ACE, is the owner and COO of Pest-End Inc., a pest control and wildlife company that services residential and commercial accounts throughout much of New England. Beginning her journey into the world of pest control as a part time office administrator at Pest-End Inc. after school in 2004, Courtney has over 16 years of experience in the industry and has held various office administration, technical, management, and executive positions. She obtained her National Entomology Scent Detection Canine Association certification in 2010 and was a bed bug canine handler for several years for the company. She is also a licensed and certified pest control operator in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine. In 2020, she earned her Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) certification. She is a committee member of the Professional Women in Pest Management of New England chapter and was recently selected as the recipient of New England Pest Management Association's Woman of Excellence Award. Together with her husband and sister-in-law, Courtney runs the day-to-day operations of this second-generation family owned business.
Courtney earned her Bachelor of Arts from the College of the Holy Cross. She enjoys spending time and traveling with her husband Adam and two sons, Jack and Jameson. In her spare time, she loves to read, watch the Patriots, and indulge in Italian food.
